Our Health and Wellness Program aims to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being among participants. Through workshops, fitness activities, mindfulness exercises, and educational sessions, we provide valuable information on nutrition, stress management, self-care practices, and healthy lifestyle choices to empower individuals to lead balanced and fulfilling lives.

Yoga is one of our health program offers adults and youth individuals a space to connect with their bodies and minds in a supportive and inclusive environment. Designed specifically for youth, adults our classes focus on promoting physical wellness, improving flexibility and fostering mental clarity. Through mindful movement, breathing, exercise , and relaxation techniques, participants will learn how to manage stress.
